500g minced/ground chicken

1 large egg

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.

Step 2

In a medium bowl mix well the ground chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, seasonings, and salt using a spatula or your hands.

Spread the chicken mixture as thin as possible (about 1/2 inch thick) onto the parchment paper in the desired pizza shape.

Bake for 20 minutes or until it the edges look golden brown.

Step 5

Pat dry the moisture (excess fat) using some paper towels.

Step 6

Add your favourite toppings and bring the keto pizza back to the oven for about 10 more minutes.
