Ingredients:

1.5kg Pork chops
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp paprika
5-6 whole cloves
Sea salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Make a sauce by combining all the ingredients, except pork chops.

Step 2

Lightly oil the bottom of the slow cooker. Place pork chops in slow cooker and drizzle the sauce over the chops.

Step 3

Cover and cook for 2-3 hours on high heat or 5-6 hours on high heat.

Tips:

  • You can sear the pork chops and make them brown before cooking. This adds additional flavour.
  • If you wish to thicken the sauce, mix 1 Tbsp corn starch with 2 Tbsp cold water. Gradually add this mixture into your cooked sauce until you reach your desired consistency.
