Ingredients:
Two 85g fillets of thick white fish (such as cod)
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Spray oil
Method
Step 1
Cut the fillets of fish into bite-size nuggets
Step 2
Whisk the egg in a small shallow bowl
Step 3
In a separate shallow bowl combine almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika
Step 4
Bread each fish nugget by first dipping in the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture
Place each breaded nugget on the air fryer tray
Step 5
Spray lightly on all sides with cooking oil
Step 6
Cook in the air fryer at 220C for 10 minutes
Remove, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
