  • 1 cup cold water or almond milk
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 cup baby kale, washed thoroughly, loosely chopped
  • ¾ cup frozen cherries
  • 1-2 serves of vanilla protein
  • ½ cup low fat low sugar vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • cinnamon, to serve


Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until cherry-nilla liquid is rich, thick and creamy consistency.

Step 2: Pour Cherry Liquid Meal into a chilled glass and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
