Over the last year Kate has shown nothing but 100% commitment and dedication to achieving her long-term health and fat-loss goals. She trains regularly here at the studio as well as following the Metabolic Precision Nutrition principles we taught her. As such, she has completely transformed her health, body-shape and attitude. She has shed 41% of her body-fat-skin-folds, reduced her metabolic age by 17 years, trimmed 17cm off her waist, increased her bone and muscle density, gained a new level of strength and fitness as well as becoming much more confident in herself and her abilities. Furthermore, she regularly inspires and motivates others in her life to improve their own health and wellness. Well done Kate, you embody what we are all about here at The Body Transformation Studio. Congratulations to Jennifer Pintaudi who was recently awarded as the winner of our 12 Week MP Body Transformation program! Despite being a busy working mum to 3 boys, she was able to implement what she learned during the program so that she was eating correctly and exercising sensibly. As such, she shed 40% of her body-fat-skin-folds, dropped 6kg, gained some metabolism-boosting muscle, reduced her metabolic age by 14 years and trimmed 10cm off her waist! Congrats and well done Jen, we’re all really proud of your commitment and great achievements.
We’d like to congratulate Judy Vinci for being the Runner-Up of our recent 12 Week MP Body Transformation Program. Despite being a busy mum and a night-shift nurse, Kate has committed herself to regular training here at the studio as well as following our Metabolic Precision Nutrition Program. And even though she is only half way through the program, she has already achieved some fantastic results.
Kate has trimmed her waist by 5cm, shed 13% of her body fat skin-fold measurements and gained 2.7 kilos of metabolism-boosting-body-trimming muscle.

Kendra attends her 3 P.T. sessions each and every week here at the studio and always gives 110%. She backs up her training with our MP nutrition program to ensure that she not only gets through her sessions, but recovers properly. As such she has achieved some great results in just 5 weeks.
